Our Process

It all starts with you!

You already have an idea of what you want. It may be vague or you may have 20 pictures.
Tell us about it!
The more details the better!
Beyond the vision, we’ll also need a straight on picture of the wall and details like measurements, surface material, indoors or out. Do you have a deadline and/or a budget in mind?

When you have some of these details, reach out via email or the form below.

We’ll set up a call.

After you reach out, we’ll touch base via email to set up a call. We may have a few follow up questions first. Feel free to ask any questions you may have too! Our inbox is always open!

The Call

On the call we’ll start with getting to know a bit more about your vision. We want to make sure we understand what your looking for. We’ll then present our proposal and contract and go over it with you. We want to make sure everything is clear and correct.

If you approve, we’ll send over our invoice for the deposit. We require $500 for designs and 50% to start painting.

Designs

We require a $500 deposit to create your design including 2 revisions. Further revisions are billed at $50/hr. This is all laid out in your contract.

Once you approve your designs we’ll request a 50% deposit to set your dates for painting.

On Painting Day

On painting day we’ll show up, we’ll protect your surfaces, and then begin prepping the area to begin the work.
About half way through we’ll check in and make sure you’re loving it.
At the end of the last day, we’ll clean up our mess and present your new masterpiece!

We know you’ll be pleased with the final result but if your not, be sure to tell us before we leave. We’d rather spend more time than have you unhappy.

At the end of the last day, we’ll take some final pictures, give you your certificate of authenticity, and send your final bill. Final payments are due immediately.
